It&#8217;s mainly one pot wonders since my time demands more compression than ever before.<\/p>\n<p>So since I have a bit of time to travel for ingredients, here&#8217;s some Christmas and New Year fare.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3260\" src=\"https:\/\/www.raining-chaos.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Xmas-oysters.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"426\" \/> <!--more--><br \/>\nTasmanian oysters, cooked Exmouth tiger prawns, salmon sashimi, Yarra Valley hand milked salon caviar. That caviar was expensive but so worth it! Not as expensive as blue scampi caviar though&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3258\" src=\"https:\/\/www.raining-chaos.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Egg-and-jamon-roll.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"512\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Jamon, eggs and caviar on a toasted baguette. I had to use up all that caviar somehow, right? Eggs and caviar works, eggs and jamon works, so yeah, the whole thing works!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3259\" src=\"https:\/\/www.raining-chaos.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Roast-duck.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"527\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Honey mustard roast duck with Reine&#8217;s house salad v.D20.16: purple cauliflower, purple broccolini, radish, corn, rocket, carrots. Because there were no rainbow carrots or fennel anywhere.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3257\" src=\"https:\/\/www.raining-chaos.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Caprese-salad.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"545\" \/><\/p>\n<p>And some glorious caprese salad (with burrata, I love spoiling myself).<\/p>\n<p>YAY FOOD<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Why hello 2017, and yes, I certainly do!
